    Water Resources Management
    The Company’s main operational site is located in the Hsinchu Science Park, with Baoshan Reservoir as its primary water source. The associated water resource risk is assessed as low to medium (1–2). As an IC design company, we do not require large volumes of water; most usage is for general daily needs and limited facility operations such as kitchen use and cooling towers. Only domestic wastewater is generated within the site, resulting in an extremely low risk of water pollution.

    The Company’s water consumption inventory covers both the Hsinchu and Zhonghe offices. The water usage statistics for the past two years are as follows:

    In 2024, the Company’s greenhouse gas emissions and total water consumption decreased by 1% compared with 2023. Looking ahead, we will continue to set an annual reduction target of 1% to achieve sustainable operations.
  • Inventory and Verification of Waste Management

    Waste Management
    Reduce the total amount of industrial waste; effectively and accurately classify, recycle, reuse, and properly dispose of waste. Carefully select waste disposal and recycling vendors, and periodically audit the legality of the waste removal process and take responsibility for waste management and supervision.

    The Company's waste has not passed external verification, and the usage statistics are being self-managed. The scope of the inspection includes the Company's Hsinchu and Zhonghe offices. The statistics of the weight of waste in the past two years are as follows:

    In terms of paper usage, we are developing paperless data archiving and continuing to implement electronic form approval processes to reduce the need for photocopying and printing. Starting from 2019, electronic invoices will be fully used to reduce the use of paper. The number of photocopies in 2024 is 55,771, a decrease of 1.2% in 2023.
