- Obtained approval to establish Sinopower Semiconductor Co., Ltd. at the Hsinchu Science Park.
- Issued employee stock options totaling 4 million ordinary shares.
2009
- Obtained recognition by the Bureau of Industry of the Ministry of Economic Affairs as part of an “emerging and important strategic industry.”
- Cooperated with National Central University to implement the “Research and Development of Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor with Innovative 600V Trench Type Double Gate Structure” advanced research project, subsidized by the Hsinchu Science Park Administration.
2010
- Passed ISO-9001 quality certification.
2011
- Approved the “Partial Incentive Measures for Emerging Important Strategic Industries Belonging to the Manufacturing Industry and Technical Service Industry.”
- Taiwan’s first single-chip MOS+Schottky product was launched.
2012
- Issued employee stock options totaling 1.468 million shares.
2013
- 800V super-junction power components were launched.
- On September 16, 2013, the Company’s initial public offering application was approved by the Financial Supervisory Commission.

- Won the project for developing an integrated drive and power components in the Ministry of Economic Affairs" new product development plan“Cloud Server Digital Power Management Solution.”
