Sinopower Semiconductor Inc.
Awarded the “2nd TIRI Emerging Progress Award”
Ranked Among the Top 10 OTC-Listed Companies with Market Capitalization Below NT$10 Billion for Growth
Sinopower Semiconductor Inc. (6435) has been honored with the 2nd TIRI Emerging Progress Award presented by the Taiwan Investor Relations Institute (TIRI) and has been ranked among the Top 10 OTC-listed companies with market capitalizations below NT$10 billion in terms of growth. This recognition reflects the Company's achievements in business performance, capital market presence, and investor relations initiatives.
About the 2nd TIRI Emerging Progress Award
To encourage small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to continuously strengthen and advance their Investor Relations (IR) practices, the Taiwan Investor Relations Institute (TIRI) established the TIRI Emerging Progress Award. The award is designed specifically for companies with relatively limited resources that nevertheless demonstrate strong growth potential and a proactive commitment to IR excellence.
Rather than relying on a voting system, the award is based on objective data. Eligible companies include listed companies with market capitalizations below NT$30 billion and OTC-listed companies with market capitalizations below NT$10 billion. Market performance and growth trends during the designated period are evaluated to identify representative benchmark companies that have demonstrated significant progress. Final award recipients are approved by the TIRI Executive Committee.
Receiving the 2nd TIRI Emerging Progress Award not only highlights Sinopower's continued efforts to enhance corporate value and market competitiveness, but also recognizes the Company's commitment to information transparency, investor communication, and corporate governance. Going forward, Sinopower will continue to uphold its sound management principles, strengthen corporate governance, deepen engagement with investors, and create long-term value for shareholders and stakeholders.
