  • Through effective communication, the company and outsourcing partners are able to address issues in real time during cooperation, ensuring production stability and improving the overall performance of the supply chain.
  • Regular audits are conducted on the quality monthly reports provided by outsourcing partners, achieving a 100% completion rate.
  • A total of 13 suppliers (on-site/online) audits, and all were found to be qualified.
