Sustainability Bonds

In 2025, we invested NT$20 million in the E.SUN Commercial Bank Sustainability Bond (Bond Name: P14 E.SUN 1A, Code: G102BF). This bond has been certified as a Sustainability Bond by the Taipei Exchange (TPEx).
 
The certification was granted under official document Cheng-Gui-Bond No. 11400023031, dated April 11, 2025 (R.O.C. Year 114).
Subject: Announcement of the Listing of “E.SUN Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. 2025 1st Unsecured Senior Financial Bond”
The E.SUN Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. 2025 1st Unsecured Senior Financial Bond, with a total face value of NT$1.31 billion, will be available for trading starting April 14, 2025 at securities firms' business premises and through the Taipei Exchange's Electronic Bond Trading System.
Reference: Financial Supervisory Commission Letter No. 1110222664 dated September 20, 2022; Taipei Exchange Letter Cheng-Gui-Bond No. 1140054042 dated February 24, 2025; and
