Human Rights Policy
Respecting human rights has always been a fundamental value upheld by Sinopower Semiconductor Inc. We support and endorse international instruments such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the International Labour Organization's Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), and the United Nations Global Compact's Ten Principles. We also refer to the Responsible Business Alliance Code of Conduct (RBA) to formulate the Sinopower Semiconductor Human Rights Policy. Our guiding principles prioritize meritocracy and placing individuals in suitable roles, conducting recruitment through open and fair processes.
